Beatles mystery in Italy!

Calling all Beatles fans worldwide but especially in Italy! Can you shed light on this mystery?

Earlier this year, I was in Padua (Padova to you locals) and just outside the train staition I came across this WONDERFUL mural. The woman in the tourist office said she thought it had been done by local university art students.

We would love to know more and to thank the Paduans for their excellent skill and great taste in art! It's a modern Arena (Scrovegni) Chapel! Gasp! I don't want any complaints from all you art historians out there!
