Paul was in Liverpool for the annual LIPA graduation ceremony today. Despite the madness that always seems to surround him, Paul signed a few autographs on the way into the ceremony.
Billy Ocean was named a LIPA Companion
Peter Sissons and Mike McCartney were also in attendance.
